Experience Nervous System Healing the Way Nature Intended: Slow, Seasonal, and Rooted in Connection

Foundational Knowledge

We’ll begin by grounding into how your nervous system actually works — and why it matters. Expect simple, practical insights into stress, hormones, and regulation (no jargon, no overwhelm). You’ll walk away understanding your body’s cues and how to support them with confidence.

This is where science meets soul — a framework that empowers you to move forward gently but intentionally in your healing.

Confident Medicine Making

Roll up your sleeves — it's time to get hands-on. You’ll craft herbal remedies like teas, tinctures, and flower essences designed specifically to support your nervous system. These aren’t just pretty takeaways — they’re tools you’ll feel good using at home, made by you, for you.
We’ll talk through plant energetics, dosage, and daily use in a way that feels intuitive and approachable, even if you’ve never worked with herbs before.

Mind-Body Connection

Your nervous system is the bridge between your thoughts, your emotions, and your body. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and vagal nerve practices, you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s whispers — and respond with care, not criticism.

We’ll explore how chronic stress shows up somatically, and how you can begin to shift your state with small, powerful practices that regulate from the inside out.

Nourishment for the Spirit

Healing goes deeper than what we can measure. In this space, you’ll explore the energetics of plants, the power of flower essences, and the emotional roots of nervous system dysregulation. You’ll be held, witnessed, and reminded of your own inner wisdom.

This isn’t about bypassing the hard stuff — it’s about tending to your spirit as lovingly as you would a wounded child or wilting plant.

The Power of Ritual

Ritual brings rhythm and reverence to everyday life. You’ll be guided through creating your own calming rituals that honour your needs and fit your real-world schedule — no perfection required. These simple, sacred moments become anchors when the world gets loud.

By the end of the day, you’ll have a ritual toolkit that supports your nervous system without adding to your mental load — just spaciousness, intention, and ease.

Connection and Community

This workshop isn't just about mixing herbs and making medicine; it's about building connections too!

Come aboard for an immersive journey where you'll connect with fellow herbal enthusiasts, exchange tales, and perhaps conjure up a chuckle or two while creating herbal magic together.

Beyond mere instruction, it's an opportunity to forge bonds and connect with those just as passionate about herbs as you are!

Hi, I'm Correne

Join Me as We Root Into Nervous System Wisdom — Together

As a clinically trained herbalist, forager, gardener, and all-around creatrix, I’ve spent over a decade immersed in the rhythms of plants and people. My passion lies in sharing this work in a way that’s deeply human — helping others remember that healing doesn’t have to be complicated, and that their bodies already carry so much wisdom.

Somewhere in all our lineages, someone knew how to calm a racing heart with a simple tea, how to hold grief with ritual, how to listen to the land for guidance. That is the thread I want to weave back into our modern lives — gently, intentionally, and in community.

If you’re like me, you need more than just information — you crave experience. The kind that lives in your body long after the workshop ends.

Join me in Rooted and Resilient, and let’s reconnect with the slow, steady medicine that lives in our bones, our breath, and the plants growing all around us.
